This single image of Kara before heading out to fight in the Final Crisis said more to me about her character than entire stories have. She loves to paint! She plays guitar! She’s creative and a bit introverted! She loves her cat! I had one of those moments that happen in real life where you see someone from across the room and fall for them. I fell in love with Supergirl because of this image.

Hahahah I love that one of the reblogs on this compared her to Rapunzel in Tangled. This image is also kind of making me fall in love with her. Look at those different costume designs she’s been drawing! Check out the sewing machine! I wish we saw more of the home life of superheroes. (Though I wouldn’t say anything here says she’s an introvert…)
